Use Mightty only with systems you are authorized to access, and review commands before you run or approve them.

Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using the Mightty app, website, optional host helper, and related services (together, “Mightty”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Mightty.

About the service

Mightty is a mobile SSH and Mosh terminal for connecting to Macs, Linux machines, and servers you own or are authorized to access. Optional integrations can report supported coding-agent events and provide related controls. Your shell, code, and agent processes continue to run on the host you connect to.

Your responsibilities

  • Connect only to systems you own or have permission to access.
  • Protect your device, SSH credentials, private keys, and pairing codes.
  • Review commands and agent approval requests before accepting them.
  • Maintain backups and safeguards appropriate for the systems you manage.
  • Do not use Mightty for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abuse, or disruption.

You are responsible for commands run through Mightty and for their consequences, including configuration changes, service interruption, or data loss.

Free and paid plans

Mightty may offer free and paid plans with different limits or features. Prices, billing periods, and included features are shown before purchase. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled under the rules of the app marketplace through which you subscribe.

Third-party systems and software

Mightty depends on software and services that we do not control, including host operating systems, SSH and Mosh servers, networks, app marketplaces, notification providers, and any coding agent you choose to run. Their own terms and licenses apply. Open-source components included with Mightty remain governed by their applicable licenses.

Updates and availability

We may update, add, limit, or discontinue features as Mightty evolves. We work to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Connections can fail because of your device, host, credentials, network, firewall, or third-party infrastructure.

Intellectual property

Mightty does not claim ownership of code, commands, files, or other content merely because you access it through the app. The Mightty name, logo, website content, and product assets remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mightty is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mightty and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or access arising from use of the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Suspension or termination

You may stop using Mightty at any time. We may suspend access to related services when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users or infrastructure, or comply with law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
